Welcome to BASX! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to BASX. BASX operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). BASX curates pieces sourced from wholesalers and selected partners to offer a unique assortment of products. BASX is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The following terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services.
Please read these Terms carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability. We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any product will meet your expectations. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue products at our discretion.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. BASX reserves the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Orders are only accepted when confirmed by BASX, after payment is successfully processed. Review your order carefully before submitting; cancellations may not be accommodated once the order is accepted.
Purchases are subject to our Return Policy [LINK]. You represent that orders are for personal or household use only and not for resale.
SECTION 4 – PRICES, BILLING, AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be as listed at the time of order confirmation. Taxes, shipping, handling, customs, and import charges are not included unless stated. You agree to provide accurate and current payment information. By submitting payment, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and will pay all applicable charges.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By placing an order with BASX, you agree to attempt to resolve any issues with your order directly with us before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider. You agree to contact us at least twice via basxhelp@gmail.com regarding any issue with your order, and to allow us a reasonable opportunity to address and resolve your concern.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting BASX as outlined may result in denial of future orders, and BASX reserves the right to provide evidence of your communications to your bank or payment provider to dispute unwarranted claims.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. BASX is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon transfer to the carrier.
High-Value Orders: Orders over $100 require a signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Services—including trademarks, graphics, product designs, and text—is owned by BASX or its licensors and protected by U.S. and foreign intellectual property laws. Your use of the Services is for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Third-party tools may be provided through the Services. We do not control these tools, which are provided “as is” and “as available.” Use them at your own risk.

BASX is powered by Shopify. Sales are made directly with BASX, and Shopify is not responsible for transactions, products, or services. You release Shopify from any claims, damages, or liabilities related to purchases or transactions with BASX.

All personal information is subject to our Privacy Policy [LINK] and Shopify’s Privacy Policy [LINK]. Information may be transmitted internationally for service provision.
SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK
By submitting feedback, you grant BASX a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it. You represent that you have all necessary rights to provide the feedback and it complies with these Terms. BASX has no obligation to maintain confidentiality, provide compensation, or respond to feedback.
SECTION 12 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS
BASX may correct errors or omissions in product descriptions, pricing, or promotions and may cancel orders if information is inaccurate.

These Terms are governed by the federal and state/territorial courts where BASX is headquartered. You consent to jurisdiction and venue there.

BASX may update Terms at any time. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
